Dreamhost billing nightmare

I’ve just recieved an email notifying me that I owe $250 and will be charged another $250 at the end of the month. It seems that they’re trying to auto bill me monthly for a annual fee! What makes matters worse is that I forgot my password, and since clicking the ‘forgot password’ link, i’ve recieved no email from the system stating how to recover or reset my pw lol. I resorted to posting a message via their general enquiry form. Once i’ve regained access to the panel i’ll post a billing enquiry.
